The light-print tattoo will dry within 1 minute after applying, but will need 12-48 hours to become blue-black. Keep calm and don't worry :)

Do not wash the tattoo for at least 5 hours after applying. Cover your tattoo during the first 24-hours when sleeping. This will protect the tattoo and will avoid unintended stains on other skin areas.
